Kurtz, and he things that Kurtz was a universal genius, and all geniuses were difficult
to find no matter where they are.
Pages 34, 35:

A white man in a
donkey come and bowing to left and right to the imperialism pilgrims, they
called his expedition Eldorado Exploring Expedition.
Pages 38, 39:
Marlow was sleepy, but
they have to start again to find the ivory in that part of Africa, and he was
thinking that Kurtz could go there and then he think that Kurtz was ill.
