Alternative medicine Insomnia Essay
Alternative medicine is a
special type of medicine, because it can cure things that other types of
medicine cannot cure using not invading methods of treatments. In this Essay I
will be talking about this type of medicine and how alternative medicine is
better than traditional in the cure of insomnia.
First, this type of
medicine is the unique type of medicine that is based in the nature and isn`t
invasive, because in these cases the treatment consists in a hypnotherapy and a
massage therapy, depending of the origin of the insomnia, that can be of
psychological stress or a corporal stress or illness that doesn`t let the
patient sleep.
Second these treatments
are cheaper, because you only to pay the treatments, like the
massages or the hymnoterapy, and in the traditional point of view you will have
to pay for pills and treatments, but they are not cheap, because you will have
to pay long treatments.
At least I have to say
that traditional medicine is less invasive than traditional and is the medicine
that cures insomnia better than other types of medicine because other types medicine are more painful than this one, because of the treatments that you
have to resist.

Traditional Medicine Insomnia
1- Insomnia or sleepiness
is a sleep disorder in which there is an inability to fall asleep or sleep for
a long period of time, also it occur at any age, but is common that young
adults may have insomnia. You can have insomnia in a short term of period (one
week) or a large period (3 to 4 weeks), which can lead to depression and memory
problems. Insomnia is classified into two classes; the first one isn’t a
sleeping problem related to physiological or medical problems, you have to treat these with massages and the most common imno-therapy.
2-Insomnia is a psychological sickness
that is caused from little problems to big problems commonly related with
family and drugs of all time. Some cases of this sickness are:
- Stress:
family problems, a financial problem or a big deadline at work (this are only
examples, there
Could be more cases).
- Being
overweight.
-
Depression, anxiety or other mental health problems.
- Medical
problems such as sleep apnea or hyperthyroidism (again, only examples).
- Restless
leg syndrome (muscles in your lower legs twitch or tense up during sleep).
- Use of
caffeine or other stimulants.
- Use of
alcohol, other depressants, or sedatives, which can relax you but lead you to
shallow sleep that starts and stops especially if you use these drugs for
a long time.
4-The first thing that you have to do before to take a treatment is see you daily habits, commonly something in your daily habit is making your insomnia worse (like caffeine, a drug or smoking). The treatments are:
a. A sleep diary to identify insomnia causes, here you have to change your habits and write your progress in a diary to see what is making your problem worse and change it. (This treatment finishes when you find the problem and stop it).
b. Adopting new habits at the time to sleep, try to change the way that you sleep: turn of the lights, sleep in another position, don't drink coffee after sleep, don't take naps during the day, etc. (like 1 week)
c. Avoid the artificial light, the artificial light is not the same as the natural light, natural light produce a vitamin (melatonin) that helps you to know when is time to sleep and when not, artificial light can suppress the production of this vitamin and be harder to sleep. (Like 1 week, depends on the person).
5- It depends on in the
patient, but the most part of patients recover their normal habits of sleeping,
because they have a lot of stress and psychological upheavals that perturb the
patient, so with the liberation of that stress or psychological stress the
patient will be at his normal or new sleep time.
So I recommend using these
treatments because it will probably work for you, because the numbers doesn't
lie.
6- It can take remedies but they will not have efect, beacause you have to make some terapies.
7- it goes from 950 dollars to 27500 dollars.
8. If you suffer from insomnia in chile is a big problem because the hospitals will not help you with this problems in a alternative, so probably you will have to go to a specialist somewhere (it will be really difficult to found a specialist for this).
In the case of USA it will be easier, not because the hospitals will help you, is because commonly in USA you can found everything that you want (in this case a insomnia specialist).

Alternative over Traditional
Alternative medicine
is the best type of medicine that exist, because, the other types of medicine,
like alternative, kills a lot of people with the using products that are dangerous
to us.
Traditional medicine
kills because of drugs that traditional doctors give to us. Some patients of
traditional medicine doctors said that they will change traditional to
alternative, and then they use to have a less dangerous recuperation. Some
traditional doctors have said to his patients that they need to go to
alternative doctors to have a full recuperation.
Is proven that when
people have pain with traditional, they go to alternative doctors, that gives
to their patients a spatial herb that reduces the pain and then it disappear.
These doctors said that the earth is helping to their patients to be well
against.
Alternative medicine isn’t
only for humans; this medicine is also to our pets, the acupuncture and acupressure
treatments are spatial for dogs and large animals, because it helps to the
animal to start walking again, because it relives the pressure in their
backbone and at a little time they are walking again.
We can say that
alternative medicine is the best type of medicine, because is proved by the experience
of the patients that it works better than traditional.
